1. Eligibility

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time without notice. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or any other payment methods we make available.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the products will not be formed until your payment has been approved and we have debited your credit or debit card.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping within Australia. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you will pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
6. Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact our customer service team for return instructions.
7. Warranty
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These Terms are governed by Australian law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian Courts. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
